Mr. Kaustav Das is the Vice President (VP), Head of Customer Success, and leads the “Prime Business” vertical at Highbar Technocrat. He is responsible for the delivery of SAP implementation across various infrastructure and construction projects. Mr. Kaustav was an integral part of India’s first comprehensive SAP ERP implementation for the infrastructure industry at HCC Group, from its initiation to implementation, through stabilization, and ensuring ROI. With more than 19 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, and IT industries, he has successfully led numerous IT implementation projects in this domain.
