Mr. Mangesh Wadaje, Chairman & CEO of Highbar Technocrat Limited, played a key role in driving SAP business at Highbar Technologies (an HCC Group company) and now leads Highbar Technocrat’s growth. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he convinced HCC Group to establish its IT business.
With 21+ years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure, and IT, he pioneered ERP adoption for India’s Infrastructure sector. His leadership in ERP implementation at HCC became a global case study. He is one of three Asians on SAP’s global advisory committee and was recognized by CIO Magazine (IDG Group) as a top 20 upcoming CIO.

His expertise in project management, execution and on-time project delivery helped enhance customer delight towards cementing long term relationships with clientele.

Joydeep was core team member of SAP implementation project at HCC which is India’s first infrastructure industry implementation. Joydeep is from cost accounting background with more than 20 years of experience in finance SAP field. Having SAP solution architecture and Delivery background, he was the driving force in designing solution of Digital Project Management Platform (Integration of 5D BIM & ERP) for Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation. Under his guidance Highbar received SAP partner awards for ‘Best Presales Customer Engagement’ through its Solution Architecture capability. It’s a testimony of Highbar’s solutions appealing to the industry creating value to the end customer.

Mr. Anilkumar Jeur is Delivery Head-Strategic Business at Highbar Technocrat and is responsible for delivering SAP services for Strategic Business at Highbar. Anilkumar is basically from Finance background (MBA Finance) and has diversified experience in areas like Finance, Construction, SAP Implementation, etc.
He is having 20+ years of experience in construction & SAP field. He has offered his technical & domain expertise in various projects at HCC and Highbar as SME (Subject-Matter Expert), Program Manager, Project Manager, etc. Currently, he is part of Highbar’s prestigious Project of India’s first 5D BIM & ERP integration project at Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation (NMRCL) as program manager. Anilkumar was also integral part of SAP Implementation at HCC which is Asia’s first SAP ERP Implementation. In his association with Highbar he as lead many remarkable SAP Implementation projects from infrastructure and real estate industry and taken them to the next level.

Mr. Kaustav Das heads the “Prime Business” vertical at Highbar Technocrat and is responsible for Delivery of SAP implementation at various infrastructure and construction projects. Mr. Kaustav was an integral part of India’s 1st comprehensive SAP ERP implementation for Infrastructure Industry at HCC group from its initiation to implementation, through stabilization and ensuring ROI. He has more than 19 Years of experience across construction, infrastructure and IT industry and has led numerous IT implementation projects in this domain.

Mr. Ashok Wani heads the “Prime Business” vertical at Highbar Technocrat and is responsible for Delivery of SAP implementation at various infrastructure and construction projects.
