Mr Joydeep Banerjee

Mr. Joydeep Banerjee is Business Development Head at Highbar Technocrat and is responsible for driving Sales Presales at Highbar. Also, offering his skills as the enterprise solution architect in charge of the presales team in delivering solution architecture for clients. Joydeep has also experience in SAP implementation, project management  for around 12 years. Joydeep was core team member of SAP implementation project at HCC which is India’s first infrastructure industry implementation. Joydeep is from cost accounting background with more than 20 years of experience in finance SAP field. Having SAP solution architecture and Delivery background, he was the driving force in designing solution of Digital Project Management Platform (Integration of 5D BIM & ERP) for Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation. Under his guidance Highbar received SAP partner awards for ‘Best Presales Customer Engagement’ through its Solution Architecture capability.

Mr. Anil Jeur

Mr. Anilkumar Jeur is Head Process Delivery & Transformation Office at Highbar Technocrat and is responsible for delivering SAP services for Strategic Business at Highbar. Anilkumar is basically from Finance background (MBA Finance) and has diversified experience in areas like Finance, Construction, SAP Implementation, etc. He is having 20+ years of experience in construction & SAP field. He has offered his technical & domain expertise in various projects at HCC and Highbar as SME (Subject Matter Expert), Program Manager, Project Manager, etc. Currently he is part of Highbar’s prestigious Project of India’s first 5D BIM & ERP integration project at Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation (NMRCL) as program manager. Anilkumar was also integral part of SAP Implementation at HCC which is Asia’s first SAP ERP Implementation. In his association with Highbar he as lead many remarkable SAP Implementation projects from infrastructure and real estate industry and taken them to the next level.

Mr. Kaustav Das

Mr. Kaustav Das presently oversees the delivery of IT applications for HCC Group companies at Highbar Technologies. He has more than 18 years of experience overall, including 8 years in the L&T-ECC Division and 10 years of experience concentrating on specific IT applications. From its inception through execution, through stabilisation and assuring ROI, he has been a crucial component of India’s first extensive SAP ERP deployment in the infrastructure sector.

Mr. Ashok Wani is Head of Technology & Innovation at Highbar Technocrat and is responsible for delivering SAP technical services at Highbar that is Architecting the solutions in all SAP Technical area’s providing end-to-end solutions to customers.

He has been an instrumental in exploring the new opportunity area and exploring the potential of the new field by Identify industry pain areas, exploring new technologies & geographies, fostering partnership with the OEM, developing products on SAP & Microsoft platforms. Ashok as head of Technology is instrumental in creating new verticals of IoT, RPA and analytics, internal processes automation verticals at Highbar.

He has been involved in development of conceptual and architectural blueprint of the SAP solutions and ensured that it follows established architectural principles, standards, and processes. Ashok has played the role of technology expert in most of the big wins in the organization and has been instrumental in increasing the turnover of the organization beyond 100 Cr.

Ashok is basically from IT background (MBA IT Systems) and has diversified experience in areas like SAP Implementation, migration, cloud solution design & deployment, Microsoft technologies etc. He is having 20+ years of experience in construction & real estate industries. He has offered his technical expertise in various projects at Highbar as SME (Subject Matter Expert), Delivery Head – SAP technologies, Project Manager, etc.
