Highbar Technocrat proudly marks its 10th anniversary, celebrating a significant milestone in an evolution that began more than two decades ago.
The foundation of this journey was laid when members of our management leadership, then associated with HCC, came together with a vision to build technology capabilities for the Construction, Real Estate and EPC sectors, with a strong focus on SAP implementation and enterprise solutions.
That vision led to the creation of Sankalp, which subsequently evolved into Highbar Technologies and later into Highbar Technocrat.
While the organisation has transformed over the years, its core has remained consistent — a commitment to innovation, industry-focused technology solutions and meaningful business transformation.

The anniversary celebrations brought colleagues and their families together for a day that reflected the culture and spirit of Highbar.
The occasion included a Town Hall, where teams came together to reflect on key milestones and future aspirations, followed by a Satyanarayan Puja to seek blessings for continued success and progress.
Welcoming families made the celebration even more meaningful. Conversations, shared memories, laughter and informal moments created an atmosphere of warmth and connection, highlighting the relationships that extend beyond the workplace.
