Mr. Mangesh Wadaje is Chairman & CEO at Highbar Technocrat Limited, the associate company of Highbar Technologies (An HCC group company). Mangesh is the key person who drove SAP business of Highbar Technologies as business head and now steering Highbar Technocrat to focus on SAP business taking it to the next level. As an employee with an entrepreneurial mindset, he has been instrumental in convincing the HCC Group management in starting IT business through Highbar Technologies. With more than 21 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure and IT Industry, he is one of the pioneering change leaders to adopt world class ERP for Infrastructure and Construction Industry in India. He led ERP implementation project at HCC which has become international reference case-study. Mr. Mangesh is also member of Area Advisory Board of RICS School of built environment, Amity University, Mumbai. He is honored as one of the three Asians on SAP’s global advisory committee on product improvements for Infrastructure industry. He was also recognized by CIO Magazine -IDG group as one of the top 20 upcoming CIOs.

Satish has a total experience of over 29 years in the field of Information Technology. Satish was also handling the responsibility of Group CIO of HCC Group over a decade. He has been responsible for driving and implementing large IT initiatives, including India’s 1st comprehensive SAP ERP implementation for Infrastructure industry at HCC Group. Satish has also headed IT function for various leading Indian and MNC organizations across multiple industries for past 25 years. During this tenure, he has been accredited with large IT implementations and most importantly, successfully managing the change to make businesses benefit from the IT investments. Satish is also governing body member of CIO Klub.

Joydeep is from cost accounting background with more than 20 years of experience in finance SAP field. Having SAP solution architecture and Delivery background, he was the driving force in designing solution of Digital Project Management Platform (Integration of 5D BIM & ERP) for Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation. Under his guidance Highbar received SAP partner awards for ‘Best Presales Customer Engagement’ through its Solution Architecture capability. It’s a testimony of Highbar’s solutions appealing to the industry creating value to the end customer.

Mr. Anilkumar Jeur is Delivery Head-Strategic Business at Highbar Technocrat and is responsible for delivering SAP services for Strategic Business at Highbar. Anilkumar is basically from Finance background (MBA Finance) and has diversified experience in areas like Finance, Construction, SAP Implementation, etc.
He is having 20+ years of experience in construction & SAP field. He has offered his technical & domain expertise in various projects at HCC and Highbar as SME (Subject-Matter Expert), Program Manager, Project Manager, etc. Currently, he is part of Highbar’s prestigious Project of India’s first 5D BIM & ERP integration project at Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation (NMRCL) as program manager. Anilkumar was also integral part of SAP Implementation at HCC which is Asia’s first SAP ERP Implementation. In his association with Highbar he as lead many remarkable SAP Implementation projects from infrastructure and real estate industry and taken them to the next level.
