Presales (Solution Architect) –
Desired Experience
• Overall Experience of 10+ Years’ experience
• Minimum 4 to 6 Years of Functional experience in Customer Relationship / Sales & Marketing / Procurement – preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure & Manufacturing Organization
o Minimum 2 to 4 Years of SAP Consulting experience with
o 2 to 3 end to end SAP Implementations (FICO / CRM / SD / MM) preferably for Real Estate / EPC/ Infrastructure / EC&O / Manufacturing Organizations
o Should have done Presales / Solution Architect role
• Alternatively 6 to 8 years Functional experience in Customer Relationship / Sales / Procurement in Real estate Organization with end to end SAP implementation exposure as full time core team member & subsequently has exposure in supporting SAP Land scape for Real estate, Infrastructure
• Either Functional or SAP Implementation / Core Team exposure / experience in North Region would be preferred
• Should have thorough cross functional understanding of requirements for Other related modules required for end to end solution for Real Estate, Infrastructure & Manufacturing Organization
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation skills
• Willingness to travel PAN INDIA & overseas as per requirement
Candidate profile:
• PG / MBA / Engineer / Graduate
• SAP certification (FICO, CRM, SD, MM) will be an advantage
• Location : Base Location-Mumbai
• Preferably age group of 27 to 35
• Identify Key Performance parameters for Real Estate, Infrastructure & Manufacturing Organizations & design Integrated solution on SAP platform
• Identify features absolutely required for Real Estate, Infrastructure and Manufacturing Organizations & Make the same available on SAP platform either by designing on SAP or by interfacing SAP with niche applications for the same
• Identify Management reporting expectations & design Dashboards & analytical reports for the same
• Discovery calls, Capability presentations, Solution demonstrations, Workshops with client Operational level, Middle management level & Top management level
• Engage with Client TOP management along with Sales team for Providing cost effective Industry specific Value proposition, Techno Commercial offer preparation, Effort estimates
• Continuously enhance Solution capabilities in line with changing business dynamics
